However, if you consider your cat or dog to be your best friend, you may be feeling a little left out… Drinking together isn’t the same when your drinking buddy has nothing more than a bowl of water.

Good news! In 2015 a company out of Colorado came up with the solution! Inspired by his two adorable cats Apollo and Hades, Brandon created his first bottle of ‘cat wine’, a liquid catnip that provided cats everywhere with a bit of the fun that we experience after a bottle of wine (you know the feeling I’m talking about).
Brandon got his big break in 2017 when he appeared on the popular reality show ‘Shark Tank’, landing a deal with investor Kevin O’Leary. Pet-friendly wine was now making the headlines!
Today, Apollo Peak sells a variety of dog and cat wines, opening the door for you to enjoy a perfect ‘night in’ with your pet!
Each of the pet-friendly wines sold by Apollo Peak has an adorable cat or dog-inspired name like Pinot Meow Cat Wine, Moscato Cat Wine and Chardognay Dog Wine.

That‘s such a fun idea, especially now when we might not have a person to drink wine with. I‘d never heard of wine for pets before but it‘s a great idea.

I had no clue this was even a thing! But that is awesome, especially during the quarantine when we can’t drink with friends. Or at least friends with only two legs. I’ll definitely pick up some for my cat, Tigger, and see what he thinks of it. He already tries to steal my drinks, so I guess getting him is own is the next logical step!
I haven’t tried the cat wine yet but I can just imagine my cats on ‘liquid catnip’ as they call it! We’re ordering some because that’s something that I need to experience at least once lol

I haven’t seen it in the stores around here but there’s a lot of places to order it online! I’m eager to order some of the dog beer for my husband and his pup lol
